About Us

Founded in 1978, Doyle Land Services, Inc. is a professional land services firm providing project management, right-of-way and land acquisition, permitting, title, data management, and GIS drafting services to the energy industry throughout North America. Our founder and President, Warren Doyle, Sr., began with land acquisition for oil exploration companies and has since built Doyle Land Services into one of the largest, privately-owned land services firms in the country.

Since our founding, we’ve worked for over 150 companies in the energy and infrastructure development space, including some of the top pipeline operators and utility companies in the country, and currently employee over 200 land professionals. Warren Doyle, Sr. now runs the company with his two sons, Warren Doyle, Jr. and Taylor Doyle, and a leadership team of some of the brightest minds in the industry.

We are headquartered in New Orleans, LA and maintain executive offices in Houston, TX, Chicago, IL, Sacramento, CA and Pittsburgh, PA, and have field project offices in 20+ locations throughout North America.

We are proud that our Corporate Headquarters are in New Orleans, Louisiana, home of the Saints and some of the best restaurants in the country (ask us for recommendations – we’ve got a list :). Through regular charitable gifts to the Red Cross and the Children’s Hospital of New Orleans, we are committed to the continued growth and development of our beautiful, vibrant city.
